You can easily create a returns label in our returns portal: https://mazine.shipping-portal.com/rp/ All you have to do is enter your order number (MZN-0000) and the zip code of your delivery address.
Note: A technical error indicates that you must select a parcel shop. However, this does not matter, you can then drop off the package at any station.
Returns are free with us. You can access your return label here. Simply put the items back in the package and stick the return label on the outside. Make sure to cover the existing label.
You can have your return sent back to us by post or DHL.
We recommend asking locally for proof of postage to be on the safe side.
As soon as we have received your shipment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We will refund your purchase within 10-14 days of receipt of the return.

It usually takes 1-2 business days to ship your order. If you still haven't received your package after 7 days, you can contact us here .
Once we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

MAZINE is not responsible for contacting the local customs or post office or refunding orders that are refused by local customs and returned to MAZINE.

Your voucher can only be redeemed in our MAZINE online shop. Simply enter the code at checkout and the amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.

If you have a promotional code or gift card, please enter the code in the 'Discount Code' field on the checkout page and click 'Apply'. Please check the expiry date of the promotional code beforehand. Only one promotional code can be used per purchase. Promotional codes cannot be used on sale items.
After your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. There you will also find a link to download your invoice and to your customer account.
